can someone help me please my instructions say (tr in next hdc) 3 times does this mean i put all three in one hdc or three different ones

Pattern ?
I would make a hdc in each of the next 3 stitches.
It would say 3hdc in the next stitch if it was to be done that way.
BUT > I would look at the picture of the item you are working on >
since some instructions are not always written for us to understand.
A picture does HELP !
